Gyuto made in anchor chain wrought iron and 1084 high carbon steel. The highly polished blade still shows the wrought iron cladding. Will be more dramatic as the knife patinas. Fairly light knife with recycled Rosewood handle and vintage micarta bolster. Thin, light but balanced knife.
